£1500 - Is this price right for 1999 Nissan Micra?

Is £1500 ok for this car?
(By the way, I'm selling this)

1999 Nissan Micra
1 litre engine
Automatic
Genuine 37,000 miles
CD player, cigarette lighter newly fitted
ABS, power steerting, adjustable steering wheel, etc etc.
Car has light scratches near the front wheels.

Is that price quite alright?


I bought it for £1450 few months ago but spent another £200 for servicing and new cd player+cigarette lighter.

Please let me know.

1300 is the last thing your car will get..if you are lucky you can even get 1500 for it..so if you are selling it...please keep the bargaining door open...

Check Autotrader for prices - that seems a bit optimistic - there are newer/same mile/larger engine for less - but you've got good mileage on your side, if it's got a Full Service History, then you may do OK

Try advertising it locally - local newspaper/shop & you may be lucky with it.

you didn't mention how many doors? if it's 5 door with full service history in good condition with only 2 or 3 max previous owners you will sell it for about £1400.
