The grey BMW, Hard top with sun roof, (more protection), more room in the back.. I suppose it depends on what you are using it for: Chicks get the black Mercedes, or for Life in general: get the BMW

BMW because it is better than Mercedes. This particular one has a slightly lower mileage and you should know that BMW's straight 6 engine is one of the best engines. Also 6 speeds instead of 5 so it'll be a bit sportier. I've just noticed it is newer as well. So no question about it, BMW.

Both cars will be a bit expensive to maintain here in north america, so be aware of that. At least more expensive compared to Japanese cars.

the BMW not only because of the fact it is a bmw the reason is it is the year 2007 and the other 2005 the least older one less repairs and never buy a really old car you will spend more on repairs than the price you bought it and before you buy the car check with the police if it ever got involve with a crime accident or hit and run they will gladly tell you and, check the car with your friend mechanic before you make a decision GOOD LUCK DUDE! smart mag ^_^

Benz. BMW routine maintenance is outrageous due to the parts pricing. Headlight $150...Oil filer $50 etc..$150 for door sill trim.

My Benz. $35 to replace power antenna. Air duct $5. Headlight are component and bulb was at Autozone.

Both are the same price and the 328 i, is newer and if in the future you run into some financial difficulties it is a more popular model so it would have a higher resale value

Both are lovely though

i'd choose the Mercedes because even though it's a 5speed its an automatic, but it has a bigger engine in it that the BMW. but just because the bmw has a 6speed doesn't make it any better. cause unless your on the highway and speedin like crazy, your car wont shift.

The BMW, purely and simply because the CLK isn't an AMG model.

I'd go for the BMW because I don't like black coloured cars, I wouldn't buy myself a convertible, it's newer and because it's a BMW.
