Question:
ISO a car review site thing that let you calculate 'true cost of ownership' for any make/model/year...

Somewhere there's a little thing that lets you fire in a car make, model, and year, and get a 'true cost of ownership' per mile based on not just mileage but also stuff like resale value. Googling, all I can find right now are sites that give me just gas mileage.

Does anybody know the site I'm thinking of; can you throw me a link? Many thanks...

http://finance.yahoo.com/expert/article/moneyhappy/62077 is what you are looking for. On the text is the link to the Edmund's "true cost to own" calculator, which is this one: http://www.edmunds.com/apps/cto/CTOintroController

Lots of good information both places.

Ditto, check www.edmunds.com. It's an awesome site, I used it to buy my 2008 Nissan Versa AND sell my 1998 Toyota Corolla. It gives you a "true market value" estimate rather than the blue book price (which is always higher).
