I am going to the Honda dealer this Saturday for Civic Sedan Lx. I don't want to pay the sticker price. So how much should I offer them with the "OUT THE DOOR" price? Should I offer them 2000 less than the MSRP for OUT THE DOOR price? Any suggestion please?

Depending on what the base price is (I'm guessing 17k) offer 2-3k less. Also, what features are on the car? You will need to pay for the extra features like Nav, Moon roof (if it's an LX - SE), detailing, blah blah blah. And the dealer fee is not something that you can avoid either.

When seeling a vechile I remember to account for the mileage and year model. Also account for any body damage if any. Unless the wallet in not be empty soon the buyer will want to inspect for these kinds of things.

Try to see the price of the car on nada.com so you can go from there
